| James F. Diamond was admitted to the bar in 1997 after obtaining a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario in 1991 and his LL.B. in 1995 from the University of Manitoba. James practices in all areas of civil litigation, including personal injury, shareholders’ disputes and obtaining injunctions. James also handles an extensive number of employment matters, where he represents both employers and employees at every stage of the relationship. James is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Advocates’ Society.
He is also lead counsel for the recent class action launched against the Ministry of
the Attorney General of Ontario seeking to strike down the Civil Remedies Act.
