Kevin D. Sherkin was admitted to the bar in 1987 after graduating from the University of Western Ontario with a LL.B. in 1985. He has a diverse civil litigation practice, but draws on his significant experience in focusing on construction law, condominium disputes and securities matters. He is also responsible for several current class actions and is involved in oppression remedies and fiduciary duties of directors and employees.
Kevin is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Advocates’ Society, and regularly appears before the Ontario Divisional Court and Court of Appeal.
